Demand Letter
A formal letter issued by the employer addressing M/S Friendship Manpower Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. with full detail; including Number of Worker, Job Category, Monthly Salary, Contract Period, Working Hours and all other terms and conditions like; Food, Accommodation, Medical, Insurance, Air Ticket, Service Charge and etc.
Power of Attorney
A letter issued by the employer authorizing Friendship Manpower Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. to act on behalf of the employer in recruiting workers and to carry out all necessary formalities related with the respective Embassy and the related agencies of the Government of Nepal.
Guarantee Letter
This letter is issued by the employer addressing the Consulate General of the respective Embassy intimating him/her of appointment of Friendship Manpower Consultancy P. Ltd. as a lawful agency of the employer and to carry out all Visa formalities with the Embassy.
Employment Contract
This agreement will made between the Employer and the Employee clearly stating and precisely all terms and conditions.
Agency Agreement
The agreement made in between the First Party (Employer) and the Second Party (Recruiting Agency) mentioning all terms and conditions for supplying human resource from Nepal.
