Selection & Procedure

Selection of Candidates:
Friendship Manpower Consultancy Pvt. Ltd maintains up to date data bank of potential candidates with full information on his/her skill, academic & trade qualification and experience. The final interview for short listed candidates after pre-screening can be conducted by employer or his representative or by this FMC on their behalf. The selection is made purely on merit basis not on any racial, secretarial or considered action.
Medical Check-Up:
Selected candidates will be sent to an authorized hospital or clinic by Nepal Government for a full medical examination. Medically fit candidate will be eligible for employment and sign Employment Contract respectively.
Orientation:
Prior to the departure of employees, orientation centre make all workers fully aware of concern country’s laws and orders, labour law, immigration policy and etc. The orientation take special care in briefing them to strictly abide by the guideline and direct them to maintain good if any circumstance occurs and motivates them to their duties/responsibilities.
Departure Formalities:
Once visa is endorse into selected individual’s passport or once No Objection Certificate (Paper Visa) is received, employer has to provide PTA for selected candidates. Then, recruiting agency obtains and complete all legal formalities for employees’ departure from Nepal.
